Wild substitutes for paying symbols

If triggered, every visible Wild stays locked for one free respin and other cells are redrawn. Scatter finds a whole-grid trigger
In Bonus Slots, Hold & Collect and Pick Bonus, at least three Scatters anywhere in the paid grid trigger the corresponding feature. Do not add an unstated Scatter award
